Principal Consultant, Bové Media 2004-2007 Since 2004, Bové Media has represented a variety of clients as their associated advertising agency. This period has experienced a significant growth in production of TV Commercials, Infommercials, Print Advertisements and Website Development. Clients represented through this period; karmaHQ.com, LifeGlo, Readify, Ropar Industries, Third Pig Constructions, Basilea.com, GreenBio, GCJ Counselling and Theiss Services.

Media Consultant, Quattro Media 2003-2004 The combined media & production expertise have blended to form a full service consultancy well suited to assist  any size business.A Media Director role, responsible for all client’s respective media strategies, plans, management and billings. Clients included Acushnet Australia, Berkowitz Furniture, Betta Electrical, Buy Rite Stores, Calder Park Raceway, Chris’ Dips, Karcher, Members Education Credit Union (MECU), Natuzzi Dealers (VIC & WA), OptiSlim Healthcare, Sleepy Sams and Sanford Australia.

Media Consultant, Iceberg Media 2002-2003 Contracted to manage $5,000,000 of annual billings. Duties included media strategy, planning, buying, tracking and analysis. Included office management, new business development and commercial production. Other clients were Acquired Home Loans, Diamond Photographics and BroadScope Training.

Consultant, Traveland & Australian Sports Tours 2001 Contracted to produce print advertisements and oversee media operations for a Traveland  awareness campaign. Then contracted to produce Australian Sports Tour’s first national television commercial for SBS TV campaign.

Media Consultant, MindShare 2000 Contracted as a Media Group Head for the Ford Dealers Media Account. Billings estimated at $20,000,000. Contracted to provide training to support staff whilst managing all mainstream media (National TV, Radio & Press) campaigns.

Media Consultant, MediaCom 1999 Contracted to manage group client billings of $36,000,000. Clients represented were Mitre 10, Midas, Forty Winks, World Vision, Suzuki, Fasta Pasta, True Value Hardware, The Melbourne Trading Post, DaVinci Auctions, The Reject Shop. KFC and Hungry Jacks.

Media Consultant, Universal/McCanns 1997-1999 Contracted as a Media Manager responsible for $12,000,000 of billings. Clients included Holden Dealers, Boating Institute of Victoria, Pick a Part, Community Aid Abroad, Caravan Traders Association, Home Express Stores & Glaxo Pharmaceuticals.

Senior Sales Exec, Nine Affiliate Sales 1992 - 1996 Responsibilities included educating the industry in regard to the aggregation of Australia's regional television markets and generating sales. Client's included Mitchell & Partners, Zenith Media, McCann Erickson and Mediacom.

Senior Sales Exec, News Limited 1990 - 1992 Employed to launch The Sunday Herald and The Sunday Herald Magazine to media buying shops and advertising agencies. Then transferred within News Limited to represent The Sunday Telegraph's Melbourne operations.

Senior Sales Exec, Seven Network 1984 - 1990 Employed to service blue chip accounts through their respective advertising agencies. An invaluable experience in television broadcasting, covering on air competitions and promotions along with studio and traffic operations.

Sale Executive, 3AK Radio Station 1983 - 1984 This period was a tough learning curve as this role was specifically to seek and secure new business on a direct client basis. Working with the on air talent, the producers and Sir Eric Pierce also brought many learning experiences.

Sales Rep, Yencken Sandy Glass Industries 1980 - 1983 Tony became the youngest Sales Representative ever entrusted to service existing and long standing clients, such as Comalco, Dowell Aluminium and various Building Companies.

Office Assistant, 3UZ Radio Station 1980 - 1980 Tony's first opportunity to get into the world of media was as the “Office Boy”, responsible for general office duties and looking after on air personalities like Tony Barber, Bert Newton, Phillip Brady & Sean Cosgrove.
